It's light. It has a huge screen. It fits in my pocket. It has extra storage (1GB secure storage for $80 -- sweet!). It has bluetooth, so I can pretend I'm lietenant Uhura from Star Trek. It lets me take pictures and videos. It plays music. It browses the internet.
